An e-commerce store that runs smoothly
Benefiting from a large in store customer base and a solid reputation, La Cité du Feu wanted to expand its current customer base by reaching them online. This approach, which initially seemed simple, turned out to be much more complex in a highly competitive market and traditionally in store sales. We analyzed their market, the competition as well as the persona and proposed a store with an eye-catching and efficient look. The main goal was to allow the customer to discover their products and not only to sell them online but to attract new customers in their store. La Cité du Feu continues its meteoric rise. La Cité du feu is the largest fireplace and stove center in Quebec. Due to this popularity, we recently created a new unique site for their BBQ products on Escouade BBQ, the little brother of the La Cité du feu specializing in stoves and fireplaces.
